It's nice here.... Steaks, Salmon, salads, cheese breads, service and ambiance were just fine. It's near equal to many a fine dining establishment we've enjoyed.
Why not 5 stars? Why only 4? Well... The places that get the top mark have to offer more! IE the 5 star places must push it over the top or boast of a history with admirable notariety? Does this mean the Grill will never make 5 stars? Nope they have a fair chance with special achievement or in time. -

I'm not a huge complainer and I rather promote the great aspects of businesses within our community than the negative. However, in this case, I will have to warn the public to how poorly I feel this place treats it's regular customers. I hope people read closely so they don't get ripped off, as I have.
I've been coming here for business meetings for years and early on I was invited to join their "Insider" loyalty program. I have not been given any written rules but have been assured each time I visit I am accruing loyalty points and free offers that I can use at a later time. I have been responsible for thousands of dollars worth of meals and should have had hundreds of dollars of perks in my account, which I was looking forward to using.
However, I get the first communication from the Insider Admin in June telling me that they are going to be revamping their loyalty program and I will have two months to redeem my points. However, when I finally got into my account I see that I have a zero balance. I can see some records of my free appetizers being used, which I never authorized, and I see an equal number of expired entrees as my accrued points. Hundreds of dollars worth of perks all chipped away, without notice. I go through page and cannot even find expiration information. I belong to several loyalty programs and I have never felt so ripped off by one! It will be very hard for me to recommend paying extremely high prices for business group meetings.
My question is: if a company can short-change it's loyalty patrons in such an obvious way; what other corners are these guys cutting to make a profit! Very disappointing!!! -

I am not sure why this restaurant doesn't have at least four or 4 1/2 stars in general. The food is delicious. Although I frequent many steak houses and seafood places, this one is a great environment.
The bar is excellent if you just want to stop in and have a quick drink, whether with friends or by yourself. And they are great about bringing any appetizers or food you order out pretty fast. It's a social environment, but not too loud.
The restaurant itself is perfect for dining with the groups. They have an excellent selection of wine and the food is pretty good.
Although I think the service should be better, considering how pricey this place is, the staff seems decently friendly. I would definitely go back to this place whether by myself or with clients, next time I am in the area. There is also some good shopping in the shopping center for those of you that like to walk around and shop after you've had a martini or two -

This location is far from an alley, like the original in Beverly Hills! The building and it's interior design is exceptional.
The menu is very similar to the original, although the preparations are slightly different.
My favorite item is actually the creamed spinach that comes with the steaks. It has the perfect balance.
Service is friendly and professional. -

I don't know what's up with the disparaging reviews. I am back again as a customer now that the table cloths and change in the menu occurred. Their salmon is wonderful as are all the other entrees. No complaints here. I'm a regular weekend lunch person. All restaurants in the evening are noisy around here. A problem with most! Cobb salad is also good, pot pie yumm. Oh, and the chicken piccata is great!!!
